I started Poppy & Pea after nearly seven years of working as a nanny myself. During that time, I saw first-hand how difficult it can be for families to find reliable, kind, and enthusiastic nannies who are not only competent but genuinely love what they do.
I also spent over a year working in an Early Childhood Education centre while continuing to nanny, which gave me valuable experience in a classroom setting. But I realised that what I truly love is combining what I learned in the classroom with one-on-one care for children and building real, meaningful relationships with families.
